I lucked out finding this! My trainer, Hamstring Harry (Edge Philly) told me to follow a guy he met and follows, Danny Swole. First time buyer. I loved the taste, and the fact that it is only 10 calories is amazing. It did not take anything away from the quality or flavor, proving that you don't have to suffer to enjoy taste.

The mustard was my favorite of the 3 that I got. I tried it with chicken, pieces of steak, and homemade fries. I am on an animal based diet and truly enjoy good products that don’t promote soy or seed oils.

This is an excellent topping or dry binder for chicken or steak! The flavor as a sauce is also amazing and with a little as 19 calories a serving I’d use it again and again!

All of the various flavors taste okay, but the flavors are not as concentrated in flavor or consistency, as if the water content is a little too high.
I have few more bottles i have not started on, so we'll see how the other ones taste.

Really enjoyed it. Great flavor, could be thicker. Its more of a dipping sauce than a cooking and basting sauce.
