In a blender, blend together avocado, Hot Honey Sriracha Sauce, and sea salt until well blended. Set aside.

Combine beef mince, grated zucchini, grated carrot, parsley, red onion, breadcrumbs, garlic, rosemary, eggs, salt, and pepper in a large bowl; mix until well blended.

Using your hands, roll small handfuls of the mixture into balls and then flatten into patties.

Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet and cook the patties over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes per side or until cooked through.

Place each patty onto one of the four whole-grain buns. Drizzle each with the sauce and top with sliced tomato and lettuce, and then top with each of the remaining buns.
