We have a high school wrestler in the family who is needing to eat well and make weight throughout the season. We started with very bland food because flavor adds calories. Enter Taste sauces! These can’t possibly be better! We ordered one of each to start and they have not let us down. All of them taste fantastic and are making his season nutrition enjoyable. My boyfriend gifted me these for Christmas while I’m on prep, and they’ve been a total win. Sauces are usually the first thing I have to cut, so I didn’t expect much — but every flavor I’ve tried has been really good.

They make basic prep meals way more enjoyable without blowing macros, which is huge when you’re dieting. No weird aftertaste, just solid flavor and clean ingredients.

The flavor’s are amazing

As a relatively fit (but short) girl on poverty macros to shed these final 5 pounds, these sauces are a Gdsend! I'm not exaggerating when I say that I've been putting the honey mustard or the ginger teriyaki on literally everything I'm eating! I thought it would be crazy to put these on auto-ship because who uses sauce that fast, but as it turns out, I do! These are the best low-cal sauces on the market and are a lifesaver when it comes to taste when you're living on a calorie budget!

Absolutely amazing flavor!

I am obsess with these sauces. I really can’t choose a favorite but I find myself reaching for the spicy garlic parm to go on almost everything. I use the sesame fiber teriyaki on my salmon and chicken and it always tastes amazing. Hot honey sriracha is my favorite on my hard boiled eggs. I love what you have created and consider me hooked and a long term customer. Keep being great Joey!

The fact that these sauces are 10-15 calories per serving and no seed oils blows my mind.

Legitimately enjoyed these more than anything else I’ve ever bought and those were mainly unhealthy options . Looking forward to trying the other sauces!
