Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper 
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Spicy Garlic Parm sauce
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.

  2. Season the tilapia fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.

  3. In a small skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  4. Place the seasoned tilapia fillets in the prepared baking dish.

  5. Pour the Spicy Garlic Parm sauce over the tilapia fillets, coating them evenly.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
