Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.


Season the tilapia fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.


In a small skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.


Place the seasoned tilapia fillets in the prepared baking dish.


Pour the Spicy Garlic Parm sauce over the tilapia fillets, coating them evenly.


Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.


Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.


Serve the Spicy Garlic Parmesan Baked Tilapia with lemon wedges on the side.
