Cherry Smoked BBQ-Lemon Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup Cherry Smoked BBQ sauce
  • 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper 
  • Fresh lemon wedges for serving
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together Cherry Smoked BBQ sauce, fresh lemon juice, sea salt, and pepper until well combined; spread evenly over each salmon fillet.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  5. Remove from the oven and transfer the salmon to serving plates.

  6. Garnish with fresh lemon wedges and chopped parsley before serving.
