In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and cayenne pepper. Form into 2 patties.

Heat a non-stick skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for 6 minutes per side or until well coked.

Assemble the bowl:

  • Divide the mixed greens, carrot, cucumber, and avocado between two bowls.
  • Top each bowl with a cooked chicken patty.

Mix the Buffalo Blue Cheese Sauce with lemon juice and drizzle over the bowl.

Garnish with chopped green onions and enjoy!
