In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and cayenne pepper. Form into 2 patties.
Heat a non-stick skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for 6 minutes per side or until well coked.
Assemble the bowl:
