Slice the avocado and cucumber into thin strips.

Lay out a cucumber strip and place an avocado slice on top.

Add a pinch of shredded carrots and alfalfa sprouts on top of the avocado.

Roll up the cucumber strip tightly.

Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
