  • 2 pounds chicken wings

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon zest 
  • 4 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice 
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil 
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  4. Place wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 45-50 minutes or until crispy.
