In a small bowl, whisk together the Spicy Garlic Parm sauce, lime juice, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.


Thread the shrimp onto the soaked wooden skewers, leaving a little space between each shrimp.


Brush the Honey Sriracha sauce mixture over the shrimp skewers, coating them evenly.


Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the shrimp skewers for 5 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are cooked through and opaque.


Remove the shrimp skewers from the grill and transfer to a serving platter.


Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the shrimp.
