Lime Garlic Parm Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons Spicy Garlic Parm sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt 
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper 
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
  • Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Lime wedges for serving

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the Spicy Garlic Parm sauce, lime juice, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

  2. Thread the shrimp onto the soaked wooden skewers, leaving a little space between each shrimp.

  3. Brush the Honey Sriracha sauce mixture over the shrimp skewers, coating them evenly.

  4. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the shrimp skewers for 5 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are cooked through and opaque.

  5. Remove the shrimp skewers from the grill and transfer to a serving platter.

  6. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the shrimp.
