Ingredients

  • 8 oz whole wheat pasta
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Spicy Garlic Parm sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper 
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for topping

  1. Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.

  4. Stir in the Spicy Garlic Parm sauce and cooked linguine pasta. Toss until the pasta and shrimp are evenly coated.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
