In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced red onions and fry until caramelized. Transfer the onions to a plate and set aside.

Add ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks.

Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the turkey, sautéing for an additional 2 minutes until fragrant.

Pour in the Spicy Garlic-Parm sauce and low-sodium soy sauce, stirring to coat the turkey evenly. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens.

While the turkey is simmering, prepare the shredded carrots, red cabbage, and julienned cucumber.

Assemble the lettuce wraps by spooning the Spicy Garlic-Parm turkey mixture into each lettuce leaf.

Top with shredded carrots, red cabbage, cucumber, caramelized red onions, and fresh cilantro.

Serve immediately and enjoy these wraps as a flavorful and low-calorie meal.
