Healthy Pancakes with Lemon Honey Mango Habanero Drizzle

For the Drizzle:
4 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoons Taste Flavor Co. Mango Habanero Sauce
Directions:
In a large bowl, whisk together coconut flour, almond flour, almond milk, eggs, oil, baking powder, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with olive oil.
Drop about 3 tablespoons of batter into the pan for each pancake and cook for about 2 minutes per side, or until lightly browned.
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lemon juice, and mango habanero sauce to make the drizzle.
Serve pancakes topped with fresh blueberries and a generous drizzle of the sweet and spicy honey-lemon sauce.
