Ingredients

  • 4 slices whole grain bread, toasted
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 free-range eggs
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Taste Flavor Co. Fiery Mango Habanero Sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt 
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the Taste Flavor Co. Fiery Mango Habanero Sauce, fresh lemon juice, sea salt and pepper until well combined.

  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and fry the eggs.

  3. Toast the bread until golden.

  4. Spread mashed avocado on each slice.

  5. Place a fried egg on two slices of toast, then layer with tomato and onion slices. Top each with the remaining slices of toast to form sandwiches.

  6. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of lemon-mango habanero sauce and serve.
