In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and chopped scallions, and sea salt until well combined.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium; add in the egg mixture and scramble until cooked through.
In a skillet over medium heat, sauté diced bell peppers and onions until softened.
Add scrambled eggs to the skillet and cook until set.
Warm the whole wheat tortillas in the skillet or microwave.
Divide the scrambled egg mixture evenly between the tortillas.
Drizzle Hot Honey Sriracha sauce over the scrambled eggs.
Add sliced avocado and salsa.
Roll up the tortillas into burritos, tucking in the ends.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
