Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
  • 225g raw shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 1 large avocado, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, minced
  • 1 cup diced cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Taste Flavor Co. Fiery Mango Habanero Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Handful chopped cilantro 
  • Salt & pepper

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together Taste Flavor Co. Fiery Mango Habanero Sauce, olive oil, fresh lemon juice, chopped cilantro, sea salt, and pepper until well combined. Set aside.

  2. In a large bowl, heat butter until melted and stir in shrimp.

  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring for about 2 minutes or until seared.

  4. Transfer to a plate to cool. 

  5. In a large bowl, mix together diced avocado, red onion, and cherry tomatoes.

  6. Stir in shrimp, and drizzle with the dressing.

  7. Serve right away.
