Spicy Garlic Parm & Lemon Avocado Breakfast Sandwich

In a large bowl, mash together the avocado, fresh lemon juice, sea salt and pepper until smooth and well combined. Set aside.
Cook the eggs to your preference (scrambled, fried, or poached) and season with salt and pepper.
Cook the turkey bacon until cooked through and crispy.
Spread the avocado mix over each muffin half and place a cooked turkey bacon slice on to of each muffin half.
Layer the lettuce leaf on top of the turkey bacon.
Place the cooked egg on top of the spinach.
Drizzle Spicy Garlic Parm sauce over the egg.
Top with the other half of the English muffin to make a sandwich.
Serve immediately.
