For chicken wings: 

  • 2 pounds chicken wings

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

For Dipping Sauce

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (non-fat or full-fat based on preference)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika

Prepare the dipping sauce by stirring together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and olive oil in a bowl.

Stir in minced garlic, parsley, dill, onion powder, sea salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.

Mix well to incorporate all flavors and transfer the sauce to a serving bowl. Let it chill in the fridge for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup.

In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with melted butter to coat evenly.

Arrange the wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Once cooked, transfer the wings to a clean bowl. Add the Taste Flavor Co. Buffalo Blue Cheese Sauce and toss until evenly coated.

Serve immediately with the Greek yogurt herb dipping sauce on the side.
