  • 1/2 cup baby rocket
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a food processor, pulse pistachios, almonds, garlic, basil, mint, rocket, and lemon juice. Slowly drizzle in olive oil and blend until creamy. Season with salt and pepper.

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.

Rub steaks with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and grill for about 4 minutes per side or until cooked to your liking.

Let steaks rest for a few minutes, then slice.

Arrange spinach, rocket, and cherry tomatoes on serving plates.

Top with sliced steak and drizzle with mango habanero sauce and pistachio herb sauce.

Serve warm with optional lemon wedges.
