Ingredients

For Burger Patties:

  • 600g ground turkey 
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup finely chopped red onions
  • 1 cup finely chopped scallions
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Toppings:

  • 4 tablespoons Taste Flavor Co. Buffalo Blue Cheese Sauce
  • 4 whole-grain burger buns
  • 4 large butter lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices tomato
  • 4 tablespoons crumbled reduced-fat blue cheese
  • 4 red onion slices

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic, red onion, scallions, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 equal-sized patties.

  2. Heat a non-stick skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for 6 minutes per side or until well cooked. 

  3. Lightly toast the whole-grain buns.

  4. Assemble the burger:

    • Place lettuce on the bottom bun.
    • Add the cooked turkey patty, a tomato slice, and red onion slice (if using).
    • Drizzle a tablespoon of Buffalo Blue Cheese Sauce on each patty.
    • Sprinkle crumbled blue cheese on top and close with the top bun.
  5. Serve immediately with a side of baked sweet potato fries or a salad for a complete meal.
