Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic, red onion, scallions, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 equal-sized patties.

Heat a non-stick skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for 6 minutes per side or until well cooked.

Lightly toast the whole-grain buns.

Assemble the burger:

  • Place lettuce on the bottom bun.
  • Add the cooked turkey patty, a tomato slice, and red onion slice (if using).
  • Drizzle a tablespoon of Buffalo Blue Cheese Sauce on each patty.
  • Sprinkle crumbled blue cheese on top and close with the top bun.

Serve immediately with a side of baked sweet potato fries or a salad for a complete meal.
