Crispy Baked Sesame Ginger Wings

Preheat oven to 425°F. Place a wire rack on a baking sheet.
Pat chicken wings completely dry with paper towels.
In a large bowl, toss the dry wings with baking powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Arrange wings on the wire rack in a single layer.
Bake for 50 minutes, flipping halfway, until skin is very crispy and golden brown.
Toss the hot, crispy wings in the Sesame Ginger Teriyaki Sauce until coated.
Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
