Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs chicken wingettes and drumettes
  • 1/2 cup Southwest Ranch Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro for garnish
  • Extra Southwest Ranch Sauce for dipping

  2. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place a wire rack on a baking sheet and coat with non-stick spray.

  3. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the rack. Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).

  4. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with extra Southwest Ranch Sauce for dipping.
