Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, mix Honey Mustard Sauce, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Rub the marinade all over the chicken, including under the skin.

Arrange chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Pair with roasted sweet potatoes and steamed green beans for a balanced meal.
