Lemon-Sesame Ginger Glazed Salmon & Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 2 (5 oz) salmon fillets
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons Sesame Ginger Teriyaki Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together Sesame Ginger Teriyaki Sauce, fresh lemon juice, olive oil, sea salt and pepper

  3. Toss broccoli with the lemon-sesame ginger sauce mix and spread on a baking sheet. 

  4. Place salmon fillets alongside the broccoli.

  5. Brush salmon and broccoli generously with the lemon-sesame ginger sauce mix.

  6. Bake for 15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.

  7. Serve over a bowl of cooked brown rice for a satisfying healthy meal.
