Lime BBQ Jicama Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 medium jicama, peeled and cut into matchsticks
  • 3 tablespoons Cherry Smoked BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley

  1. In a bowl, toss jicama matchsticks with Cherry Smoked BBQ sauce, lime juice, sea salt, and smoked paprika.

  2. Spread on a plate and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  3. Serve chilled, garnished with fresh parsley.
