Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add beef and brown on all sides, about 5–7 minutes.

Add onion and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes until softened.

Stir in sweet potatoes, carrots, beef broth, water, tomato paste, mango habanero sauce, paprika, and black pepper.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 45 minutes, or until beef and vegetables are tender.

Season with salt to taste and garnish with parsley. Serve hot.
