Mango Habanero Chicken Salad Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 pound skinless boneless chicken, diced
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Taste Flavor Co. Mango Habanero Sauce
  • 1/2 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 avocado, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet and red onion and cook chicken until golden brown.

  2. In a bowl, combine chicken, Greek yogurt, mango habanero sauce, celery, and avocado.

  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Spoon mixture into whole-wheat tortillas and fold to form wraps. 

  5. Serve immediately serving with a glass of fresh juice.
