Instructions

Heat oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat.

Add steak and sear for 3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.

Add broccoli to the skillet with a splash of water. Cover and steam for 4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.

Add garlic and ginger; stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Return steak to the skillet, add the sauce, and toss to coat. Heat through for 2 minutes.

Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve immediately.
