Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/3 cup Sesame Ginger Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced

  1. Heat oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat.

  2. Add steak and sear for 3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.

  3. Add broccoli to the skillet with a splash of water. Cover and steam for 4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.

  4. Add garlic and ginger; stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  5. Return steak to the skillet, add the sauce, and toss to coat. Heat through for 2 minutes.

  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve immediately.
