Ingredients

  • 12 oz raw large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 8 oz snow peas, trimmed
  • 1 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 tablespoons Sesame Ginger Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

  1. Heat olive oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Add shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.

  3. Add snow peas, mushrooms, and bell pepper to the skillet. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until crisp-tender.

  4. Add garlic and ginger; cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

  5. Return shrimp to the skillet. Add the Sesame Ginger Teriyaki Sauce and toss everything to coat and heat through.

  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
