Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sweet potato and red onion, and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender and browned.

Add kale and cook for 3 minutes until wilted.

Create two wells in the hash and crack an egg into each. Cover the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, until egg whites are set.

Drizzle with Sesame Ginger Teriyaki Sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
