Southwest Ranch Steak & Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients

  • 8 oz lean sirloin steak
  • 1 large sweet potato, cut into fries
  • 1 tbsp olive oil, divided
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 cups ready-made coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage & carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons Southwest Ranch Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). 

  2. Toss sweet potato fries with half of the olive oil and smoked paprika. 

  3. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.

  4. Season steak with salt and pepper. 

  5. Heat remaining olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over high heat. 

  6. Cook steak for 5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  7. In a small bowl, toss the coleslaw mix with Southwest Ranch Sauce and lime juice.

  8. Serve the sliced steak with sweet potato fries and the creamy slaw on the side.
