Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Toss sweet potato fries with half of the olive oil and smoked paprika.
Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
Season steak with salt and pepper.
Heat remaining olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over high heat.
Cook steak for 5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
In a small bowl, toss the coleslaw mix with Southwest Ranch Sauce and lime juice.
Serve the sliced steak with sweet potato fries and the creamy slaw on the side.
