Instructions

Preheat oven or toaster oven to 400°F.

Place flatbreads on a baking sheet. Spread a layer of Southwest Ranch Sauce on each.

Top with mashed black beans, corn, and cheese.

Bake for 8-10 minutes until the edges are crispy and cheese is melted.

Remove from oven and immediately top with avocado slices, pickled jalapeños, and cilantro. Finish with a squeeze of lime juice. Slice and serve.
