Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Spicy Garlic Parm sauce
  • 4 medium corn tortillas
  • 2 avocados, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • Fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  2. Add the sliced chicken breast to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.

  3. Stir in the Spicy Garlic Parm sauce and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the chicken is evenly coated.

  4. Warm the tortillas according to package instructions.

  5. Fill each tortilla with the Spicy Garlic Parmesan chicken.

  6. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced avocado, crumbled queso fresco or shredded cheese, and fresh cilantro leaves.

  7. Serve the immediately.
