Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook turkey until no longer pink.
Add mushrooms, cashew nuts, and ginger; cook for 4 minutes until mushrooms are soft.
Stir in chili flakes (if using) and sauce. Cook for 1 more minute.
Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves. Top with green onion and sesame seeds and fold into wraps. Enjoy!
