In a separate bowl, toss together all the mango slaw ingredients. Set aside.

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken patties for 5 minutes per side, until cooked through.

Brush the patties with 2 tablespoons of the Sesame Ginger Teriyaki Sauce in the last minute of cooking.

To assemble, place a patty on the bottom bun. Top with a generous pile of the mango slaw. Drizzle the remaining 1 tablespoon of sauce over the slaw, sprinkle with chopped peanuts, and add the top bun.
