"The Ranchero" Ground Turkey Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made whole-wheat thin pizza crust
  • 1/4 cup Southwest Ranch Sauce
  • 4 oz lean ground turkey, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons diced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons sliced black olives
  • 1/3 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon crumbled cotija cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped chives

  2. In a skillet, cook ground turkey until no longer pink. Drain any fat.

  3. Place the crust on a baking sheet. Spread Southwest Ranch Sauce as the base.

  4. Top with cooked turkey, red onion, and black olives. Sprinkle with both cheeses.

  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are crisp and cheese is melted.

  6. Garnish with chives before slicing and serving.
