In a bowl, mash black beans with a fork, leaving some chunks for texture.

Add breadcrumbs, onion, egg white, cumin, and Southwest Ranch Sauce. Mix until well combined. Form into two patties.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat with a light spray of oil. Cook patties for 5 minutes per side, until firm and browned.

Serve on whole-wheat buns topped with slices of red onion, tomato, lettuce, and avocado.
