Heat extra-virgin olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook ground chicken until no longer pink.

Add red onion, garlic, and water chestnuts; cook for 2 more minutes.

Stir in the Sesame Ginger Teriyaki Sauce and cook for 1 minute until heated through.

Spoon the mixture into lettuce cups.
