Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil 
  • 1/4 cup finely diced water chestnuts
  • 2 tablespoons finely diced red onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons Sesame Ginger Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion and toasted sesame seeds for garnish

  1. Heat extra-virgin olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook ground chicken until no longer pink.

  2. Add red onion, garlic, and water chestnuts; cook for 2 more minutes.

  3. Stir in the Sesame Ginger Teriyaki Sauce and cook for 1 minute until heated through.

  4. Spoon the mixture into lettuce cups. 

  5. Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.
