Instructions

In a small bowl, mash avocado and stir in fresh lime juice and sea salt until well combined; set aside.

In a bowl, combine ground turkey, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, and egg white. Mix until just combined.

Form into 4 small or 2 large patties.

Heat a grill pan over medium heat. Cook patties for 7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

In the last minute of cooking, brush both sides of the patties with the Sesame Ginger Teriyaki Sauce.

Spread each bun with avocado mix and top with lettuce and sliced cucumber. Serve right away.
