Sesame Ginger Chicken Scramble

Heat half of the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, cook in the chicken until golden brown. Transfer to a plate.
Heat the remaining oil in the same skillet and sauté red onions for about 4 minutes or until fragrant; stir in garlic for 1 minute.
Add in the red bell pepper and cook for about 2 minutes.
Return the chicken to the skillet and beat in the eggs.
Cook, stirring, for about 2 minutes or until the eggs are set.
Stir in the Sesame Ginger Teriyaki Sauce and cook for 1 more minute.
Garnish with chives and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
