Ingredients

  • 1 pound skinless and boneless chicken, diced 
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup diced red bell pepper 
  • 1 cup diced sweet potatoes
  • 2 red onions, sliced 
  • 4 tablespoons Taste Flavor Co. Fiery Mango Habanero Sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  1. Boil the sweet potato until tender.

  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook chicken and red onion until golden brown.

  3. Add boiled sweet potato, red bell pepper, and spinach and stir until spinach is wilted.

  5. Serve right away.
