Ingredients

  • 1 whole-wheat carb flatbread  
  • 1/4 cup Cherry Smoked BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup asparagus, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Spread Cherry Smoked BBQ sauce on the flatbread.

  3. Top with shrimp, asparagus, red bell pepper, and feta cheese.
