Turkey & Portobello Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 whole-wheat pizza crust
  • 1/4 cup Cherry Smoked BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup ground turkey, cooked
  • 1 cup portobello mushroom, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup sliced red onions
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Clean Portobello mushroom caps and remove stems, and slice.

  3. Spread Cherry Smoked BBQ sauce on the pizza crust.

  4. Top with cooked ground turkey, mushrooms, red bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, and feta cheese.

  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and cheese is melted

  6. Serve and enjoy.
