There was ZERO packing material in the box so almost every single bottle came damaged and dented or with the tops pushed in. I bought 7 bottles and only two were normal. The only thing in the box was a thin piece of paper. I have no clue how that was going to protect anything. I only included pictures of the three worst bottles.
Hi Emmanuel, we're sorry to hear that. While some bottles can appear dented, that is not due to shipping. These bottles do not use artificial preservatives and are thus hot filled to make them shelf stable. This hot fill process can cause some contraction of the bottle after filling in what's known as paneling. They will return to normal shape when opened and we've sent an email to assist.

It’s really good, but the lack of sweetness turns me into using it as a pizza sauce, if you are able to sweeten it the same way you did with the bbq, you’d have a banger

I've been looking for low calorie ketchup option for a while and this one tastes amazing so I was beyond happy but unfortunately consuming too much Erythritol is bad for people like me with certain heart conditions. Really wish it was using Stevia, or Monk Fruit, or Allulose.
