In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground turkey and bell pepper until turkey is no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.

Stir in taco seasoning and water; simmer for 3-4 minutes until liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt and Southwest Ranch Sauce.

Stir the creamy sauce into the cooked turkey mixture.
