Creamy Southwest Ranch Turkey Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning, low sodium
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 6 large butter lettuce or romaine leaves
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons Southwest Ranch Sauce
  • Toppings: diced tomato, shredded carrots, chopped cilantro

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground turkey and bell pepper until turkey is no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.

  2. Stir in taco seasoning and water; simmer for 3-4 minutes until liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

  3. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt and Southwest Ranch Sauce.

  4. Stir the creamy sauce into the cooked turkey mixture.

  5. Spoon the turkey mixture into lettuce leaves. Top with diced tomato, shredded carrots, and cilantro. Serve immediately.
