Ingredients

  • 5 oz lean ground turkey
  • 1 whole wheat burger bun
  • 1 tablespoon Southwest Ranch Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  1. Mix turkey with salt and pepper, form a patty.

  2. Grill or pan-cook for 5 minutes per side.

  3. Mix cabbage, yogurt, lime juice, and Southwest Ranch Sauce for slaw.

  4. Layer burger with slaw on bun and serve warm.
